For the T20I series against South Africa, Dinesh Karthik has been recalled to the Indian team.
Dinesh Karthik has returned to the Indian cricket team after a spectacular performance in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022. The 37-year-old wicketkeeper-batter aced the finisher’s job for Royal Challengers Bangalore, amassing 330 runs at a strike rate of 183.33 in 16 matches. The veteran has been re-instated into the team as a result of that performance. He most recently represented India at the 2019 ICC World Cup.
