Mark wood ruled out of IPL 2022 due to elbow injury

England fast bowler Mark Wood sustained elbow injury during first test match against West Indies in Antigua.

Lucknow Super Giants – LSG received a big blow as Mark Wood is ruled out of IPL 2022 edition.

Bought in the IPL Mega Auction at a price of INR 7.5 crore Mark Wood was the strike Fast Bowler for LSG.

Mark Wood known for his fierce pace bowls over 145kmph was crucial in bowling at the death overs. It would be difficult for LSG to find a replacement bowler like Mark Wood.
