NAVI MUMBAI: Liam Livingstone hits the longest and the Biggest Six of the Punjab Kings hit the biggest six of the ongoing IPL 2022 on Tuesday.
Liam Livingstone 117 Meters Six
The ball traveled a massive 117 meters off Livingstone’s bat, stunned everyone, including Gujarat Titans spinner Mohammed Shami and Punjab captain Mayank Agarwal.
In an attempt to keep Gujarat in the game, India veteran Shami came in to deliver the 16th over, but Livingstone had other ideas. Since he smacked Shami for the longest six of the season on the first delivery of the over.
Since Livingstone swung hard at a short-of-length delivery from Shami that pitched on off stump, and the ball place in the top tier of the Dr. DY Patil Sports Academy.

Even Shami, who was seen smirking as the ball was sent sailing. Taken aback by the monstrosity of that six. Mayank Agarwal, Livinsgtone’s colleague and skipper in the Punjab dugout, leaped out of his seat and was taken aback.

Punjab won by eight wickets thanks to the massive smash, which followed by two more sixes and two fours. Livingstone won the match with four overs to spare after scoring 28 runs off Shami’s over.
After the game, Punjab’s head coach Anil Kumble said, “I’ve seen Chris Gayle do that a lot, but this was something different.”
Punjab climbed to sixth place in the points table with this victory.
Gujarat were the first team to bat in a night game after winning the toss. Since Punjab Kings reduced them to 143/8 thanks to the Kagiso Rabada’s four-wicket haul.
With his 47th IPL fifty, Shikhar Dhawan (62) spearheaded Punjab’s run chase. Livingstone finished the game with 30* off 10 balls.
