Team India’s visit to Pakistan for the Asia Cup 2023 is still a big topic of debate, as the squad’s permission to travel to Pakistan will be contingent on the government’s approval at the time. According to Cricbuzz, the BCCI has distributed a schedule of Team India’s upcoming matches (2023).
Following the 2023 ODI World Cup in India, Pakistan’s Babar Azam is set to host the Asia Cup 2023, which will be played in a 50-over format. After 2008, the BCCI hopes to send the Men in Blue to Pakistan for the Asia Cup.

“As always, it will be subject to clearance from the Government of India,” Jay Shah said when asked if India would travel to Pakistan for the Asia Cup in 2023. Shah is the secretary of the BCCI and the president of the Asian Cricket Council (ACC).
Team India recently surpassed arch-rivals Pakistan to become the team with the most T20I wins in a calendar year. The Men in Blue achieved this after defeating Australia in the third and final ODI in Hyderabad. Chasing a difficult total of 187 set by Aaron Finch’s Australia, India demonstrated great character in chasing the target, with star batters Virat Kohli and Suryakumar Yadav both hitting fifties.
Surya (69) and Kohli (63) aided the Men in Blue to their 21st T20I victory of the 2022 season, the most by a team in a calendar year. Pakistan previously held the record, having won 20 T20I matches in 2021.
